Meet Our Team

Jill Attanasio

Director of Dining Services

Jill has two degrees from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and Stratford University. Her career in foodservice has been mostly in the northern Virginia and DC area, leading teams from hotel environments to large corporate facilities with a strong focus on banquets and catering, as well as, daily cafe operations. She is thrilled to be a part of the Foxcroft community.



Bryan Kimmett

Executive Chef
Executive Chef Bryan Kimmett has more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He’s a traditionally trained French chef with a masters from L’Academie de Cuisine and certification from the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY). Over the years he’s served as Executive Chef in 4-star restaurants, hotels, and country clubs, as well as owned his own restaurants. Having run many culinary gardens and farm-to-table ventures, Bryan fully embraces “Fresh, Local, Scratch!”



Sara Thompson

District Manager

Having also started as a server under Rie (graduated R-MWC) and growing with MG through the roles of Director and District Manager, Sara has always been known for her high ethical standards and her ability to do whatever it takes to assure operational performance. She adopts a systematic, “drumbeat” approach to onboarding, training, and coaching. This combined with her varied experience and industry knowledge makes her extremely effective with new hires and long-term veterans.



Living & Working Sustainably

We take a holistic approach to being good stewards of our natural resources. Given that food services as an industry are notorious for waste, we start with a focus on not letting good food end up in the trash.  From there, we incorporate other important strategies: buying local foods, composting, recycling, etc. Doing what we can to take better care of our planet is the right thing to do. We also provide programs and information in these areas as well as nutrition awareness.
