In her role, she manages the caf\u00e9 and concessions at BSMD while also co-supervising the dining room. Mimi treasures quality time with family, connecting with friends, and embracing a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I first started at MG, I didn\u2019t know much about other cultures\u2019 foods. I\u2019ve learned so much eating with and learning from my co-workers about what foods they enjoy and how they prepare them.
