In her role, she manages the caf\u00e9 and concessions at BSMD while also co-supervising the dining room. Mimi treasures quality time with family, connecting with friends, and embracing a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I first started at MG, I didn&#8217;t know much about other cultures&#8217; foods. I&#8217;ve learned so much eating with and learning from my co-workers about what foods they enjoy and how they prepare them.
