Slice pears into quarters and remove seeds and stem. Cut into quarters and then roughly into \u00bd inch cubes.<br \/>\n2. Leave the rind on and cut brie cheese into similar-sized \u00bd inch cubes.<br \/>\n3. Take a skewer, thread on a piece of pear, a bundle of arugula (fold leaves in half), then a piece of brie.<br \/>\n4. Place skewer on serving platter and repeat until all pear and brie are used.<br \/>\n5.
