This has meant sacrifice for all and extreme sacrifice for many. This pandemic doesn\u2019t define us, but how we\u2019ve met the challenge does. And as we enter this typically special time of year, we have an atypical sentiment in our hearts and on our minds. How grateful we are for our capacity to\u2014no matter what\u2014love food, people, and serving others. With a nod to core value #6, build fun, flexible teams\u2026\u2026..MG\u2019s own Emily Dickenson, Sara Thompson, gives us this.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Tis December 2020, the world turned on its head,<br \/>\nTime for a jingle about how we\u2019ve stayed fed?<br \/>\nDespite all the upset, we have cause to rejoice,<br \/>\nOur clients still need us \u2013 their #1 choice.<br \/>\n\u201cPlease help us through this\u201d we heard them say<br \/>\n\u201cCan you still feed us \u2013 just figure a way?\u201d<br \/>\nSo we put our heads down and went straight to the task<br \/>\nWhat will it look like?
