Thomas Toliver, Director of Dining Services
Thomas received his bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University. His career has been spent in the hotel & restaurant industry, including management positions for the Washington Redskins, Sheraton, Hyatt, and Doubletree. Thomas believes in treating each guest, regardless how many times they visit his operation, as a first time customer — deserving of white glove service and great food. He believes that if you love what you do, you never have to “work” another day of your life.

Marta Ruggles, District Manager
Marta is an alum of Randolph Macon Woman’s College (1982) and has been part of the MG family since 1988. In fact, one of Marta’s first positions was as a Dining Manager at a boarding school! She has a diverse background in dining services and became District Manager in 1994. In our business, it’s the details that make the difference and Marta’s determined, methodical approach to those details serve her accounts and MG well. Marta is a natural coach and leads staff in that style.
