Our Menus at Holton Arms feature:

Continental Breakfast
  • Cereal Station – variety of sugared and non-sugared selections
  • Baker’s Corner – including bagels; variety of sliced breads (wheat, white, multi-grain); jellies, preserves, assorted spreads and honey
  • Muffins / Pastries
  • Fruit, Yogurt, Granola – fresh whole and cut fruit (local in season); granola; yogurts (99% fat free and fruited)
  • Beverages – organic milk (skim, 1%, low-fat chocolate); assorted juices; filtered water

Lunch:

  • Deli bar – select all natural meats (like turkey breast); breads; assorted cheeses; lettuce/tomato and other seasonal local veggies; specialty spreads, pickles
  • Baker’s Corner – including bagels; variety of sliced breads (wheat, white, multi-grain); jellies, preserves, assorted spreads and honey
  • Salad bar – leafy greens (iceberg, romaine, spinach); assorted veggies (local in season); beans and legumes; meats; cut fruits; tofu; cheeses; eggs; dry toppings (croutons, bacon bits, seeds); select homemade dressings (including Italian and our own ranch with non fat buttermilk); olive oils, balsamic and red wine vinegar
  • Composed salads – protein and veggie creations
  • Soups – homemade daily; always one vegeterian
  • Entrees – always offering classic and “healthier” choice (<350 calories, <5g saturated fat per serving) selections, including vegetarian and vegan options
  • Vegetables – 2 veggies offered, 1 menued as “Farmers Market Vegetable” for local / seasonally available options
  • Accompaniments / Specialty Breads
  • Dessert – seasonal fresh whole and cut fruit; fruited and non-fat yogurt; granola 3 days per week; “sweet” dessert 2 days per week
