Brian Finch hails from Virginia, having studied at both VCU (Richmond, VA) & The Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY). After graduating culinary school, Brian traveled the East Coast working in fine dining establishments in Hilton Head Island, SC, Savannah, GA, & Jacksonville, FL. After having diligently worked his way up from Garde Manger Chef to Kitchen Manager, in 2013 Brian and his wife decided to trek ‘up north’ to Virginia (once again) where they began a new journey with their daughter Lillian. It was then that Brian transitioned from his life in restaurants to corporate business dining where he found a passion for building client relationships, in his role as Food Service Director. Stop by the kitchen and say hello, as he is eager to share his love for food, people, & serving others with everyone at Chatham Hall!
